Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production/Application Support Engineer with strong exposure to the banking domain. The role involves ensuring high availability, monitoring, and support of critical banking applications in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide production and application support for banking applications - Monitor application health and system performance using tools like Kibana/Grafana/Splunk. - Analyze logs, alerts, and dashboards to proactively identify and resolve issues - Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive measures - Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution - Support release deployments and post-deployment validation - Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and operational best practices

Required Skills:

- 3–5 years of experience in Production Support / Application Support - Strong knowledge of the Banking domain. - Must Have Strong experience with Kibana/Grafana/Splunk - Experience in incident, problem, and change management - Good understanding of application monitoring and troubleshooting - Strong communication and coordination skills
