Job Title: SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream Location:Hyderabad Experience:6-8Years As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all components function seamlessly. You will also be responsible for providing support to users, documenting solutions, and continuously improving processes to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Commodity Trading Risk Management, SAP for Oil & Gas Trader's & Scheduler's Workbench. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues. - Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with system integration and data flow management.
