We design and deliver premium e-commerce platforms, advanced 3D visualization systems, and digital growth systems for established jewelers across international markets.

We are hiring a performance-driven, commercially assertive High-Ticket B2B Sales Closer to convert qualified international opportunities into signed contracts.

This is a revenue ownership role structured on a Base + Performance compensation model.

Your responsibility is to convert opportunity into committed revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead structured discovery calls with jewelry business owners and decision-makers - Identify authority, urgency, and commercial readiness - Position premium solutions with clarity and conviction - Manage objections around pricing, timelines, and ROI with confidence - Drive proposals and negotiations toward signed agreements - Maintain disciplined follow-up and structured pipeline management - Ensure CRM accuracy and realistic revenue forecasting

Performance will be evaluated on closed revenue, not activity volume. Structured pipeline discipline and consistent follow-up are non-negotiable. You will be expected to run a structured follow-up cadence (email + WhatsApp + calls) until closure.

End-to-End Sales Ownership

This is a full-cycle sales role. You will be expected to:

- Draft and structure professional proposals independently - Communicate confidently via email with international clients - Lead negotiation discussions without supervision - Coordinate structured internal handover of closed deals - Ensure smooth transition from sales to execution - Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities - All commercial communication and deal stages must be accurately documented within CRM. Commission eligibility is dependent on proper CRM documentation

This role requires commercial ownership beyond closing a call. You will manage the relationship from first conversation to signed agreement and structured internal alignment.

Ideal Profile

- 3+ years of experience closing high-ticket B2B services - Demonstrated success closing premium, high-value B2B engagements - Strong objection handling and negotiation capability - Experience dealing with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia preferred) - Clear, authoritative communication style - Structured and disciplined sales methodology - Able to take ownership of sales strategy, communication, and negotiation decisions independently - This role is not structured for close supervision - Comfortable operating in a Base + Performance compensation structure

Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or premium services is a strong advantage.

Compensation Structure

This is a Base + Performance role.
