Hiring: Senior Payroll Processor We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Payroll Processor

to manage end-to-end client payroll operations in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. The ideal candidate should have strong payroll processing expertise, statutory compliance knowledge, and excellent Excel skills to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Manage

end-to-end payroll processing

for multiple clients within defined SLA timelines. Handle payroll change management including

increments, variable pay, LOP, reimbursements, deductions, and recoveries . Process

salary arrears

arising from backdated salary revisions accurately. Perform payroll validations and ensure accuracy of payroll inputs and outputs. Calculate

Income Tax (TDS) for employees , including investment declarations and tax adjustments. Manage

Full & Final settlements , gratuity payouts, leave encashment, and employee exits. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including: PF ESIC Professional Tax (PT) Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) Bonus & Gratuity Support audits and maintain accurate payroll documentation and reports. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve payroll queries effectively.

Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience in Indian payroll processing. Good understanding of

TDS calculations and individual income tax workings . Sound knowledge of statutory compliances and labour laws. Advanced proficiency in

MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, shortcut keys, data validation) . Experience working in SLA-driven or client payroll environments. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong problem-solving mindset with ownership and accountability. Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
