Job Summary

We are urgently looking for experienced Ophthalmologist Consultants with strong expertise in SICS (Small Incision Cataract Surgery) to join our eye care team in Odisha. The consultant will be responsible for performing high-volume cataract surgeries and managing comprehensive ophthalmic care.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform SICS cataract surgeries independently

- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient evaluation

- Handle OPD consultations and diagnose eye conditions

- Ensure high standards of surgical outcomes and patient safety

- Manage surgical complications if required

- Maintain proper medical records and surgical documentation

- Provide patient counselling and follow-up care

- Coordinate with hospital clinical team

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: MS / DNB / DO Ophthalmology

- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of SICS surgical experience preferred

- Registration: Valid NMC / State Medical Council Registration

- Must be confident in independent SICS surgery
