Roles and Responsibilities

In this essential role, you will work on Water Treatment Technical Information Control across a number of sectors such as Industrial, Medical, Municipal, Pharma and Data Centers. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Managing and maintain organized technical information databases - Track documentation status, numbering and revisions to ensure accuracy - Coordination of information from multiple projects simultaneously - Preparation of project documentation for client approval - Prepare weekly and monthly documentation reports - Maintain regular communication with suppliers and project team members - Identify process improvement to enhance document control efficiency

Additional qualifications required include:

- 5-10 year's experience in a similar role - Excellent technical writing and communication skills - Fluent English speaker - Work in a multi-disciplinary team in developing conceptual, feasibility, and final designs for a wide variety of water treatment projects - Strong detail-oriented work style, and an accommodating and proactive attitude - Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and MS Project - Aconex, Procore MS Office, ACC, AutoCAD and Revit experience is essential - Experience in the engineering or construction sector is an advantage
