HubSpot CRM Developer
to work with us on a
remote, freelance basis . This role is ideal for someone who can independently handle HubSpot customization, automation, and integrations while collaborating with distributed Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
HubSpot CRM Development & Automation
Customize HubSpot CRM objects, properties, pipelines, and views as per business needs.
Build and optimize
workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and automations .
Set up and manage HubSpot forms, lists, and segmentation logic.
Integrations & Technical Work
Develop and manage integrations between HubSpot and websites, SaaS products, and third-party tools using
HubSpot APIs & webhooks .
Handle CRM data migration, cleanup, deduplication, and ongoing data hygiene.
Implement tracking codes, events, and attribution setups.
Reporting & Optimization
Create custom dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and leadership.
Analyze funnel performance and recommend improvements to increase conversions.
Ensure CRM processes follow best practices and scale with business growth.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work remotely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Understand requirements, provide estimates, and deliver on agreed timelines.
Document workflows, automations, and technical setups.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum
3+ years of hands-on HubSpot CRM experience .
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub & Sales Hub
Experience with HubSpot APIs, workflows, and automation
Basic knowledge of JavaScript / REST APIs
Work Style:
Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
Communication:
Clear communication and regular status updates.
Availability:
Should be available for ongoing freelance work or long-term collaboration.
Good to Have (Bonus)
HubSpot Certifications (Admin / Marketing Ops / Sales Ops)
Experience with B2B or SaaS companies
RevOps or CRM process optimization exposure
