About Position: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented graphics designer to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the successful candidate will develop dynamic visual content for digital and print campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced B2B environment. Responsibilities: Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and templates for digital and print marketing materials (ads, brochures, presentations, social media, web, etc.) using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, PowerPoint. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop visual assets that support campaigns and product launches. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Assist in video editing and production as needed. Support the marketing team during customer and industry conferences and events with visual materials. Administrative duties as required, such as organizing digital asset libraries and tracking design requests.

Competencies Proven ability to work under deadlines while managing multiple projects for multiple team members. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of social media platforms and experience creating content for digital channels. An eye for design; well-developed graphic design and video editing skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, communications, or a related field. 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an enterprise software or B2B environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro), and PowerPoint. Experience with Figma for website wireframes and HFD mockups Experience with video editing software is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and creativity.
