Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both

IT and non-IT roles . Handle

domestic hiring , including working with global clients and teams. Utilize platforms like

LinkedIn Recruiter , Naukri, Indeed and other job portals to source top talent. Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline health.

Key Requirements: 3 to 6 years

of proven experience in recruitment (both IT & Non-IT). Experience in using

LinkedIn Recruiter

and other major job portals effectively. Ability to

manage

a team of junior recruiters. Strong communication skills – written and verbal Comfortable working in a

fast-paced, dynamic environment . Ability to

join within 15 days

maximum.
