Human Resources Executive

Company Description Sunbuy Renewables Limited, a prominent Solar EPC company based in India, specializes in the design, installation, and operation & maintenance of solar energy systems. We are adept at handling diverse solar projects globally and work closely with civic bodies to implement sustainable solar solutions, including power plants, pumping systems, and street lights. By leveraging our portal, sunbuy.in, we streamline procurement and enhance cost efficiency for solar design and material acquisition. Our partnerships with financial institutions enable financing and OPEX models for industrial and utility-scale solar power plants. Our in-house team provides detailed engineering, feasibility surveys, and post-installation services to ensure sustainable and efficient execution of solar projects.

Role Overview: Manage complete HR operations across head office and solar project sites Lead recruitment for technical, site-level, and corporate roles Ensure statutory compliance and smooth employee lifecycle management Support performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy development Coordinate manpower planning and HR reporting for multiple locations

Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment (Engineers, Technicians, Supervisors, Corporate roles) Onboarding, induction, documentation & HRMS management Attendance, leave management, payrolling input & employee database upkeep PF, ESIC, labour compliance & site HR coordination Assist in KRAs/KPIs, performance reviews & appraisals Employee relations, grievance handling & culture-building initiatives Drafting HR letters, contracts, and process documentation Manpower planning with project teams for site deployments

Required Skills: Strong knowledge of HR operations & statutory compliance EPC / Construction / Solar industry HR experience (preferred) Excellent recruitment capabilities for technical and field roles Strong communication, interpersonal & coordination skills Ability to handle multi-location site requirements Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS & HR reporting

Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent 1-2 years of relevant experience (EPC / Infrastructure/Pvt Ltd preferred)
