Role Overview We are hiring a performance driven Senior Academic Counsellor with proven experience in selling Cyber Security, AI and Data Science programs. This is a revenue focused leadership role designed for ambitious professionals who want strong earning potential and career growth. Candidates ideally based in Kerala or with strong understanding of the Kerala upskilling ecosystem are preferred. Mandatory Experience • 3 to 6 years proven experience in selling Cyber Security, AI or Data Science programs • Strong admission conversion track record • Experience handling premium certification programs • Clear understanding of AI and Cyber Security career pathways Applications without relevant deep tech sales experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Admissions and Revenue • Drive admissions for Cyber Security, AI and Data Science programs • Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets • Conduct high value career counselling sessions Program Positioning • Effectively position Technovalley’s 21 plus global certification partnerships • Confidently handle objections and close admissions • Maintain disciplined CRM follow up Leadership Contribution • Support and guide junior counsellors • Contribute to improving overall admissions strategy Compensation Structure Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹70,000 per month based on experience and proven performance Performance Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives Total CTC Potential: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month for consistent high performers Why Join Technovalley Join one of Kerala’s strongest deep tech certification ecosystems backed by 21 plus global IT major partners.
