About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented

E-commerce Executive

to manage day-to-day operations across Amazon (primary platform) and other marketplaces such as Flipkart and Shopify. The role focuses on

listings, catalog management, order processing, inventory coordination, and marketplace issue resolution . This is an operations-driven role suited for someone who understands Amazon Seller Central and has hands-on marketplace experience. Key Responsibilities

Amazon Management (Primary Focus)

Manage Amazon Seller Central operations end-to-end Create, update, and optimize product listings Handle variation listings, backend attributes, and compliance updates Monitor listing health, suppressions, and stranded inventory Manage pricing updates, offers, and deal setups Track daily order flow (FBA / FBM) and coordinate dispatch Marketplace Operations (Flipkart & Others)

Upload and maintain product listings Monitor inventory and stock updates Resolve listing or category-related issues Coordinate with marketplace support when required Inventory & Order Coordination

Track inward and outward inventory movement Coordinate with warehouse for stock reconciliation Monitor RTOs, returns, and replacements Maintain operational trackers and reports Daily Platform Monitoring

Check live listings for errors, visibility, and accuracy Ensure correct pricing, GST, and product details Support new product launches across platforms What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with

Amazon Seller Central Working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub or similar platforms Strong understanding of product listings and catalog management Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets Detail-oriented and process-driven Ability to manage multiple SKUs and platforms Nice to Have

Experience with D2C brands Familiarity with Shopify backend Understanding of basic marketplace performance metrics What This Role Offers
