What We Are Really Looking For
We are looking for a
top-level 3D Animator / Technical Artist
, with a
strong background in character and facial animation
, capable of delivering
production-ready animation
at an
international studio level
.
This role is
100% animation-focused
.

Your Mission
You will be responsible for the
animation quality and facial performance
of our AI avatar.
Facial Animation & Performance (Core)
Create and refine
high-quality facial animations
Build and polish
blendshapes
(visemes, expressions, micro-expressions)
Work with
FACS-based or custom facial systems
Ensure
natural, believable emotional performance
️ Lipsync (High Standards Required)
Produce
convincing, high-quality lipsync
Viseme-based animation (real-time compatible)
Work with audio-driven animation pipelines
Experience with tools such as:
Oculus Lipsync
SALSA
Rhubarb
MetaHuman tools
(or equivalent professional solutions)
Animation for Real-Time (Unity / Unreal)
Deliver
clean, optimized animations
ready for real-time engines
Prepare animation loops, idles, talking cycles, expressions
Understand real-time constraints (performance, transitions, reuse)
Work closely with Technical Artists / Developers for integration
Lighting & Lookdev (Strong Plus)
Create
cinematic real-time lighting
Control mood, contrast, reflections, tone mapping
Maintain a
premium visual standard
across devices
Team Collaboration
You will collaborate with our
XR / Gameplay Developer
, who handles:
Systems
Interactions
Networking
XR pipeline
Engine implementation
Your responsibility

: systems, logic, integration

Required Profile (Non-Negotiable)
Senior-level experience
in character & facial animation
Proven production experience (film, series, games, or real-time projects)
Strong mastery of:
Facial animation
Acting, timing, expressiveness
Ability to deliver
clean, usable, professional animation assets
Comfortable working with real-time constraints
Tools & Skills
Blender or Maya (mandatory)
Unity or Unreal (working knowledge required)
Facial animation systems (FACS, blendshapes, visemes)
Lipsync tools or custom pipelines
MetaHuman / VRM experience is a strong plus
Shader / Substance knowledge is a bonus (not mandatory)
