About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused
Customer Support Specialist: US Voice Process
with a
strong American accent
to handle outbound and inbound calls for our US customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, active listening ability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Note- This is an onsite night shift role
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound & outbound customer support calls
for US clients
Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, follow-ups, and issue resolution
Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed call records in CRM systems
Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closures
Meet daily/weekly call quality and performance targets
Requirements:
Fluency in English with a full American accent (mandatory)
Prior experience in
US voice process / international calling
preferred
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations professionally
Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone)
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
