Requirements The successful candidate will demonstrate: Exceptional system design and architectural leadership

, with experience shaping complex, distributed platforms end-to-end. Strong technical communication and presentation skills

, enabling clear articulation of architectures, trade-offs, and engineering strategies across executive, customer, and cross-functional stakeholders. Proven ability to deliver ambitious, cutting-edge software initiatives

, balancing execution speed with quality, reliability, and security. Leadership experience managing senior engineers

, and the ability to scale an engineering organization—growing from individual contributors to a mix of leads, managers, and cross-functional pods. Up-to-date knowledge of Agentic AI and emerging AI systems

Preferred Skills / Nice to Have Hands-on coding proficiency

with strong understanding of design patterns and production-grade development in
