Required Qualifications 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience , with strong experience implemented QA processes and Automated frameworks Strong leadership experience , with the ability to mentor, guide, and lead QA teams. Proven experience in

developing QA strategies , implementing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Hands‑on expertise in

automation frameworks

such as

Playwright, Karate, and Rest Assured . Strong proficiency in

SQL querying , data validation, and troubleshooting data issues. Experience designing, maintaining, and improving

test automation frameworks

and best practices. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, particularly in complex or production‑like environments. Understanding of

information governance , compliance standards, and quality controls within data‑centric solutions. Experience with

Python

for data analysis or QA utility scripting is a plus. Ability to independently drive work, collaborate cross‑functionally, and take ownership of quality outcomes.

Good to Haves Knowledge of warehouse systems is a plus. Experience supporting major

system conversion or data migration projects . Experience working with tools such as

Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ , and test data preparation techniques. Familiarity with

cost and margin data flows

within retail and enterprise systems. Good communication in English.
