Job Title: SAP SF EC – CPI Senior Integration Consultant Experience: 7–10 Years Location: Remote Job Description We are urgently seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC – CPI Integration Consultant to lead and deliver HR integration solutions. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining SAP CPI/BTP-based integrations for SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support SAP CPI integrations for SuccessFactors Employee Central Configure and customize integrations on SAP BTP (Integration Suite) Translate HR business requirements into functional and technical solutions Lead fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and integration discussions Manage end-to-end integration delivery from requirements to go-live Troubleshoot and resolve complex EC, CPI, and SAP HCM integration issues Create and maintain high-quality technical and configuration documentation Collaborate with global stakeholders and virtual teams
