About the Role

Required:

Management Trainee - Marketing (BE Mechanical/ Instrumentation + MBA/ PGDBM) Management Trainee - Operations (BE Mechanical/ Equivalent + MBA/ PGDBM) Management Trainee - Supply Chain Management (BE Mechanical/ Equivalent + MBA/ PGDBM) Management Trainee - Human Resources (BE + MBA/ PGDBM)

Responsibilities:

To be defined based on the specific management trainee role.

Qualifications:

BE Mechanical + MBA/ PGDBM for Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain Management roles. MBA/ PGDBM for Human Resources role.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Digital & Functional Proficiency.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in industrial sectors is a plus. Familiarity with process control systems. Analytical and Critical Thinking. Adaptability and Initiative.
