Job Description

Job Title: Psychology Trainee (HR & Organizational Development) Role Overview: The Psychology Trainee will support HR and organizational development initiatives by applying psychological principles to people management, hiring, learning, and employee engagement. The role focuses on manpower planning, content development, recruitment support, and learning interventions including e-learning.



Key Responsibilities

1. HR Initiatives • Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement and well-being initiatives. • Support performance management, feedback systems, and workplace culture projects. • Contribute to policy communication and employee experience improvements.

2. Manpower Initiatives • Support workforce planning and manpower requirement analysis. • Assist in role mapping, job analysis, and competency identification. • Help track hiring needs and internal movement trends.

3. Content Development • Develop HR and behavioral training content, assessment tools, and communication materials. • Create psychology-based resources for employee development, motivation, and productivity. • Support development of guides, manuals, and onboarding content.

4. Hiring & Talent Acquisition • Assist in screening candidates using behavioral and psychological perspectives. • Support structured interviews, assessment design, and candidate evaluation. • Help ensure alignment between candidate competencies and role requirements.

5. Learning & Development • Support design and execution of learning programs (behavioral, soft skills, leadership). • Assist in training needs analysis and impact assessment. • Coordinate learning sessions and maintain training records.

6. E-Learning • Support development of e-learning modules and digital learning journeys. • Create micro-learning content, quizzes, and engagement activities. • Work with platforms/LMS to upload and track learning participation and outcomes.



Skills & Competencies • Basic understanding of psychology, HR practices, and organizational behavior. • Interest in people development, learning design, and talent management. • Strong communication and content creation skills. • Analytical thinking and attention to detail. • Familiarity with MS Office and digital learning tools (preferred).
