Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound voice calls
professionally.
Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests effectively.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined TAT.
Manage
client escalation handling
and ensure timely resolution.
Perform
client retention–related activities
to improve customer satisfaction.
Provide
operational support
to ensure smooth daily operations.
Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams.
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service-level targets.
Required Skills
1–4 years of experience
in Customer Support Voice.
Excellent
spoken English communication
skills.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
