Summary:

We are seeking a SAP Build Work Zone Developer to join our SAP Cloud & BTP consulting practice. This role will support enterprise SAP transformation programs, including RISE with SAP, S/4HANA migrations, and BTP-based digital experience initiatives. You will work directly with clients to design and implement role-based digital workspaces using SAP Build Work Zone (Standard and Advanced editions) integrated with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other SAP and non-SAP systems. This is a client-facing consulting role requiring strong technical capability, structured delivery discipline, and the ability to operate in complex enterprise landscapes.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Delivery

Lead and/or participate in technical workshops to gather digital workplace requirements Translate business needs into scalable Work Zone architecture Design role-based spaces, pages, and navigation structures Collaborate with the architect in advising clients on SAP UX strategy aligned with S/4HANA transformation

SAP BTP & Work Zone Implementation

Configure and develop SAP Build Work Zone sites Implement content federation from S/4HANA and other backend systems Develop and extend SAP Fiori/UI5 applications Configure Launchpad service, Destination service, HTML5 repository, Cloud Connector, IAS / IPS, etc. Design and configure authorization and role collections Implement SSO and identity integration

Integration & Architecture

Integrate with S/4HANA (Public & Private Cloud), ECC systems, SAP SaaS products like SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, Non-SAP REST services Support integration via OData services, SAP Integration Suite, API Management Ensure secure and scalable connectivity via Cloud Connector

DevOps & Governance

Support the BTP subaccount strategy and transport management Align with client DevOps and CI/CD pipelines Participate in security reviews and compliance assessments Provide production support during hypercare

Required Experience 4+ years of SAP experience 2+ years of hands-on SAP BTP experience Proven experience implementing SAP Build Work Zone Strong SAP Fiori/UI5 development skills Experience integrating S/4HANA or ECC with BTP Experience in enterprise SAP landscapes (multi-system environments)

Preferred Experience RISE with SAP project experience Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM Exposure to SAP Integration Suite Experience with S/4HANA migrations Understanding of Basis/infrastructure constraints in cloud environments Familiarity with managed services transition processes

Technical Skills SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry environment) SAP Build Work Zone (Std & Advanced) SAPUI5 / JavaScript / HTML5 / CSS OData V2/V4 SAP Cloud Connector IAS / IPS Git-based version control REST APIs
