strong HR leader
who can build people systems as solid as our growth systems.
Role Overview
We are hiring a
strong, bold, and people-first HR leader
who can take complete ownership of
People Operations, Hiring, Culture, and HR Systems
at Dare Network. This role is
not for passive HR profiles .
We need someone who:
Can
take tough calls
Has
command over people management
Can
build systems, not just follow them
Acts as a
culture custodian & leadership partner
Youโll work closely with the
Founder & Leadership Team
to shape DNโs culture, talent quality, and internal stability.
Key Responsibilities
1. People & Culture Ownership
Build, nurture, and protect Dare Networkโs
culture of ownership, accountability, and performance
Act as a
bridge between leadership and team , handling conflicts, escalations, and sensitive conversations confidently
Ensure employees clearly understand:
Expectations
Growth paths
Performance benchmarks
Drive
employee engagement initiatives , internal communication, and morale-building activities
Identify early warning signs of attrition, burnout, or cultural misalignment and act proactively
2. Hiring & Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Ownership)
Own
complete hiring lifecycle
for all departments:
Performance Marketing
SEO
Content
Design
Video
Web Development
Sales & Operations
Work with department heads to:
Define
clear JD + skill expectations
Hire
skill-first, culture-fit candidates
Design structured hiring processes:
Screening frameworks
Interview scorecards
Culture-fit assessments
Build a
strong talent pipeline
instead of reactive hiring
Ensure hiring quality > hiring speed
3. HRMS, Policies & Systems
Own and manage
KEKA HRMS
end-to-end:
Attendance
Leave management
Payroll coordination (Razorpay X)
Employee records
Appraisals & reviews
Build and maintain:
HR policies
Leave & attendance policies
Performance review frameworks
Probation & confirmation processes
Ensure
process discipline
without killing flexibility
4. Performance Management & Reviews
Design and implement:
Quarterly & annual performance reviews
Clear KPI and goal-setting frameworks
Partner with leadership to:
Identify high performers
Coach underperformers
Handle exits professionally and fairly
Drive
feedback culture
โ not once-a-year appraisals
5. Employee Lifecycle Management
Own complete employee journey:
Onboarding & induction
Probation tracking
Appraisals
Promotions
Exit interviews & offboarding
Ensure onboarding is
structured, professional, and culture-aligned
Use exit feedback to continuously improve hiring & management quality
6. Leadership Support & Org Building
Act as a
strategic HR partner
to the Founder
Help build:
Career paths
Role clarity
Team structures
Assist in scaling the organisation from:
Start-up chaos โ Structured growth
Be comfortable saying
โnoโ
when needed, even to leadership, for the long-term health of the org

4โ8 years of experience in
HR / People Operations
Proven experience in:
Hiring across multiple departments
Handling fast-growing teams
Strong working knowledge of
KEKA HRMS
Experience in
agency / startup / high-growth environment
preferred
Good to Have
Experience working with
founders directly
Exposure to
digital marketing / tech / creative teams
Ability to balance
culture + performance
Data-driven approach to HR metrics
