experienced IP lawyers

to join our team in senior positions, specializing in

Trademarks, Copyrights and Designs (covering strategies for protection, prosecution, oppositions, rectifications, cancellations, and enforcement)

Key Details: Experience:

5 to 6 years of IP domain expertise in the above-specified areas, preferably in an IP firm.

Education:

LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. is an added advantage).

Responsibilities include

: o Contribute to the team’s strategy, consulting and practice requirements, independently and with minimum supervision; o Coordinate with seniors and team members for managing work and client relationships; o Oversee the work of juniors and paralegals in the team; review junior’s drafts and submissions being made to the Trademarks, Copyrights and Design Offices, and strategic email communications; o Supervise assignment trackers to track and maintain timelines and deliverables; o Prioritise assignments based on statutory timelines and client requirements; o Make appearances before the respective IP Offices with confidence and ease.
