Can walk into a client room, simplify chaos, and walk out with a clear solution. Loves building teams as much as building systems. Gets uncomfortable if they’re not learning.

You will: Lead AI-driven solutioning across client engagements. Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable architectures. Build and mentor a high-performing AI engineering team. Experiment hands-on with LLMs, RAG systems, automation pipelines, and emerging frameworks. Define how AI gets embedded into real production systems — not just POCs.
