Own
end-to-end category growth and execution
across Marketplaces and Quick-Commerce platforms. This role sits at the intersection of
Business, Marketing, and Operations , with clear ownership of
GMV, availability, visibility, margins, and execution velocity . Success in this role is defined by
daily impact, speed of decision-making, and measurable outcomes .

1. Category & Business Ownership
Own
end-to-end performance
of assigned categories across platforms
Drive
daily, weekly, monthly targets
(GMV, share, margins)
Identify
city-wise and SKU-wise gaps
and close them fast
Operate with a
“sell at least 1 unit more than yesterday”
mindset
2. Marketplace & Quick Commerce Growth
Manage performance across
Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Nykaa & D2C
Lead
pricing, discounting, visibility and promotion execution
Work closely with platform category teams with
daily execution cadence
Monitor KPIs
multiple times a day
and act immediately
3. On-Platform Marketing & Visibility
Own
search (organic + PPC), display and visibility levers
Drive
catalog excellence
(titles, content, A+ assets, images, SEO)
Plan and execute
new launches, BAU and seasonal sale calendars
Track and improve
ratings, reviews, conversion and shopper journey
4. Operations & Supply Chain Interface
Coordinate with
supply chain, planning and ops
for right stock at right location
Manage
fill rates, replenishment cycles, and stock-out reduction
Understand and optimize across
Q-commerce, Marketplace, FBA / DF / Drop-ship models
5. Analytics & Decision Making
Own
daily / weekly / monthly performance tracking and reporting
Analyze
sales, availability, visibility, CAC, ROAS and margins
Take
data-backed, fast decisions

6. Cross-Functional & External Collaboration
Work with
Brand, Marketing, Ops, Finance, Agencies, and Platform teams
Manage agencies/freelancers for
content, SEO, ads, digital assets
Act as
custodian of category growth , not just an executor
Responsibilities
4–6+ years
in Category Management / Growth / Key Accounts / Marketplace / Q-commerce
Strong experience with
Quick Commerce platforms
(Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto preferred)
Exposure to
Amazon / Flipkart / D2C ecosystems
Strong analytical mindset with
hands-on Excel and data tracking
Experience running
on-platform marketing, search and visibility levers
