About Position:
This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing AI Foundry pipelines within Azure DevOps to support Agentic AI applications. The AI Foundry Engineer will focus on end‑to‑end AI/ML operational workflows, CI/CD automation, scalable deployment, governance, and collaboration across engineering and QA teams. The position requires strong expertise in Azure DevOps, AI/ML lifecycle management, and modern GenAI frameworks.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models within Azure DevOps.
- Build, automate, and optimize AI Foundry workflows for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Implement and manage Azure DevOps environments to ensure smooth integration with Agentic AI applications.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and security of AI pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and QA teams to integrate AI agents into core systems.
- Manage containerization workflows using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Apply model versioning, governance, and operational best practices for ML lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot pipeline issues and ensure timely resolution of operational incidents.
- Maintain documentation for pipelines, workflows, standards, and deployment processes.
- Work closely with enterprise teams to align with compliance, auditing, and security guidelines.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in GenAI, AI/ML engineering, Python programming, and CI/CD automation.
- Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, AI/ML lifecycle management, and cloud-based MLOps workflows.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI API, Llama2, Mistral, Mixtral, and frameworks like LangChain, Haystack.
- Knowledge of Azure Agentic Studio, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment practices.
- Strong skills in scripting languages: PowerShell, Python, Bash.
- Understanding of AI model monitoring, governance, and version control mechanisms.
- Experience integrating AI/ML systems with enterprise platforms and managing large datasets.
- Familiarity with compliance, security control frameworks, and auditing processes.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt to fast-changing environments, and deliver under tight timelines.
