Seed Ventures is a fast-growing eCommerce company . We sell across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, and we are now investing heavily in social-driven commerce, with TikTok as a primary growth engine.
Weโre looking for a hands-on social media and performance marketing expert who understands how content, creators, and ads come together to drive real sales, not just views.
This role owns TikTok Shop growth, TikTok advertising, and organic social strategy, while also managing Facebook & Instagram content and paid campaigns. You will be responsible for turning content into conversions, scaling what works, and building a repeatable social commerce engine.
This is not a purely creative role โ itโs a revenue-focused growth role.
TikTok Shop & TikTok Growth (Primary Focus)
Own TikTok Shop setup, optimization, and daily management
Launch and scale TikTok Ads (Spark Ads, Conversion Ads, Creator Ads)
Manage product listings, pricing, bundles, and promotional strategies
Work with creators and affiliates to drive UGC-based sales
Track performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, AOV
Identify winning creatives and rapidly iterate
Content & Organic Social
Develop and execute a TikTok-first content strategy
Create or coordinate short-form video content (UGC style, not over-produced)
Manage posting cadence, hooks, trends, and storytelling
Repurpose winning content across Instagram Reels and Facebook
Paid Social (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage Meta Ads for prospecting and retargeting
Coordinate creatives, copy, and audience strategy
Optimize campaigns based on performance data
Test offers, messaging, and formats to improve ROAS
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor daily performance across TikTok, Meta, and Shopify
Provide weekly performance reports with insights and action items
Run structured tests on creatives, audiences, and offers
Continuously improve conversion rates and customer acquisition costs
Must-Have Experience
Proven experience managing TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads
Strong understanding of social commerce and performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Ability to turn organic content into paid winners
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Nice to Have
Experience in eCommerce, DTC, or Amazon brands
Familiarity with Shopify and TikTok Shop backend
Creator/affiliate management experience
Experience with product launches and promotional campaigns
