The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the company and clients' social media strategy to enhance brand presence, increase engagement, and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include developing content strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, optimizing engagement through Social Media Optimization (SMO), analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with teams to ensure brand consistency. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow online presence. Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively and convey brand messaging clearly. Knowledge and expertise in Content Strategy and Writing for creating compelling and engaging social media content. Familiarity with analytics tools, data analysis for performance tracking, and strong organizational and time management skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience as a Social Media Manager is preferred.
