Qualifications & Experience Expertise and knowledge in the subject area relevant to the assigned department. Strong teaching, mentoring, and communication skills to deliver engaging academic sessions. Experience in curriculum development, research methodology, and guiding students on projects and dissertations. Ability to work collaboratively with the academic community and contribute to departmental goals and initiatives. A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is preferred. However, candidates with a Master’s degree and exceptional academic or professional credentials are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in research and publication in peer-reviewed journals is highly desirable.
