Role Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Video Editor to join our team full-time, on-site in Gurugram. You will edit CGI-based videos, animations, and brand content that reflect SMAPIT’s creative-tech DNA — collaborating with our creative and animation teams to deliver polished visual assets that drive engagement and tell compelling narratives.

Responsibilities •

Edit CGI-based videos, animation reels, and promotional content for e-commerce and advertising. •

Apply professional color correction and grading techniques to enhance visual aesthetics. •

Create and integrate motion graphics to elevate storytelling and brand identity. •

Integrate music, sound design, and precise pacing to enhance emotion and narrative impact. •

Collaborate with creative and animation teams to ensure seamless transitions and visual consistency. •

Adapt edits for multiple formats — social media, web, presentations, and advertising campaigns. •

Ensure all video outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet quality standards. •

Support AI-powered content production workflows where applicable.

Requirements •

1–3 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a creative or advertising studio environment. •

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools. •

Strong skills in video color grading and motion graphics creation. •

Strong sense of pacing, sound, and visual storytelling. •

Keen eye for detail with a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality content. •

Strong organizational and time management abilities — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field is preferred. •

Prior experience in e-commerce or advertising media is a plus. •
