About the Role The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers through chat processes, ensuring their queries are addressed efficiently.

Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries through chat. Provide accurate information and support to customers. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Graduate freshers and HSC with experience can apply (Commerce & Arts can Apply).

Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Skills Experience in customer service is a plus.
