Position: Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with suitable candidates Maintain strong candidate pipelines and database management Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships Meet individual and team recruitment targets Maintain accurate reporting and ATS updates Requirements: 5+ years of recruitment experience (agency or corporate) Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking channels Experience handling volume hiring or niche hiring (preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Target-driven and process-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Performance-driven incentives Growth opportunities within the organization Professional and collaborative work environment Interested candidates can walk in directly between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM with an updated resume.
