Role Summary

The Spa Supervisor oversees daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, staff efficiency, and compliance with wellness standards in our premium facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise spa therapists, reception, and attendants—manage schedules, training, and performance. - Ensure seamless guest check-ins, bookings, treatments, and satisfaction; handle inquiries/complaints. - Maintain spa cleanliness, ambiance, equipment functionality, and inventory of products/supplies. - Enforce health/safety regulations, HACCP standards, and hygiene protocols. - Promote spa services, retail products, and packages to drive revenue and occupancy. - Prepare reports, monitor budgets, and collaborate with management on promotions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Spa Therapy, Ayurveda, or related field. - 2-3+ years in spa operations; supervisory experience preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. - Knowledge of spa software, treatments, and wellness trends. - Flexible for shifts; passion for guest wellness.
