The Mission
We are preparing for a massive double-digit, multi-stage capital raise to scale our AIOM™ technology globally. We are seeking a heavy-hitting Fractional CFO/CXO who is confident enough in their network and execution to operate on a purely success-based model. This is not a "consultant" role; this is a "skin-in-the-game" partnership for a leader who knows how to close institutional rounds with US, EU, and GCC investors.
Role Description (Fundraising Focus)
The Fractional CFO will act as the financial architect and primary bridge to global capital. You will take full ownership of the fundraising lifecycle—from refining the "investor-ready" story to the final signature on the term sheet.
Key Responsibilities:
Capital Strategy: Architect the roadmap for a double-digit, multi-stage raise.
Investor Relations: Leverage a "black book" of active VC, PE, and Family Office contacts, specifically in the USA (Critical), EU, and GCC.
Financial Engineering: Build institutional-grade financial models and data rooms that justify our valuation and highlight the scalability of the AIOM™ platform.
Narrative Optimization: Translate complex AI media tech into a compelling growth story for global investors.
Deal Execution: Lead negotiations on valuations, cap table structures, and cross-border deal complexities.
The Success-Fee Partnership
No Retainer / No Base: This engagement is 100% performance-linked.
Liquidity Event: A high-percentage success fee paid immediately upon the successful closing of the funding round.
Equity Upside: Performance-based equity or warrants to ensure long-term alignment with Corp Crunch’s valuation growth.

You are a battle-tested finance leader who doesn't need a map—you bring the compass.
Fundraising Hunter: A proven track record of closing $10M+ rounds. You don't just "send decks"; you open doors that are usually closed.
US Market Expertise: Deep, active connections within the American venture ecosystem are a non-negotiable requirement.
The AI Enthusiast: You understand the unit economics of AI-driven SaaS/Media models (LTV/CAC, Burn Multiples, Platform Scalability).
Execution Mindset: You are an operator, not an advisor. You roll up your sleeves to fix a model or hunt down a lead.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous CFO / Fractional CFO / Finance Leader experience at high-growth startups or scale-ups.
Education: Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or CPA/CFA designation preferred.
Technical: Proficiency in advanced financial reporting, cross-border compliance, and multi-stage fundraising negotiations.
