Salary range: $2000 - $2500 per month
This role exists to own and continuously evolve our GoHighLevel ecosystem.
You will be responsible for:
● Building and implementing high-quality client and internal CRM systems
● Maintaining scalable, reusable infrastructure (snapshots, hierarchies, SaaS structures)
● Proactively researching, testing, and integrating emerging GoHighLevel features
● Ensuring our agency remains ahead of platform changes and industry best practices
This is not a client-facing role. You operate behind the scenes as the architect and innovator of
our CRM systems.

1. Custom GHL Buildouts (Execution Excellence)
● Build and configure sub-accounts based on approved scope
● Implement:
○ Pipelines & opportunity stages
○ Workflows & automations
○ Tags, custom fields, logic
○ Forms, calendars, lead routing
○ Email & SMS campaigns
● QA and test all automations before internal handoff
● Implement revisions based on internal feedback
● Follow internal SOPs and system standards
You are accountable for build quality and system stability.
2. Funnels & Conversion Systems
● Build funnels and landing pages inside GHL
● Connect lead capture → CRM → automation sequences
● Ensure mobile responsiveness and clean UX structure
● Optimize for clarity, speed, and simplicity
3. Advanced Automation & AI Features
● Implement:
○ Missed call text-back
○ AI Employee / AI Agent features
○ Automated confirmations & reminders
○ Stop logic & safeguards
● Troubleshoot automation conflicts
● Prevent over-automation and logic loops
You think in systems, not just tasks.
4. Continuous Platform Research & Testing
● Stay current on all GoHighLevel feature releases
● Monitor GHL communities, changelogs, and industry trends
● Proactively test new features in sandbox environments
● Vet new tools or integrations before adoption
● Identify efficiency opportunities inside existing systems
You are expected to be ahead of the platform — not reacting to it.
5. Strategic Recommendations to Leadership
● Proactively recommend:
○ Automation improvements
○ System efficiency upgrades
○ New feature adoption
○ Structural improvements to hierarchy
● Provide clear implementation plans when suggesting changes
● Create documentation when new systems are adopted
You do not wait to be told what to improve.
6. Snapshots & Scalable Infrastructure
● Create and maintain:
○ Reusable snapshots
○ Standard pipelines & workflows
○ Template funnels
● Improve snapshot reliability and speed
● Ensure hierarchy consistency across accounts
● Support SaaS-mode CRM improvements
Your work should make future builds faster and cleaner.
7. Integrations & Advanced System Logic
● Build and maintain Zapier automations
● Troubleshoot data sync issues
● Support overflow integration work
● Ensure accurate contact creation and lifecycle tracking
● Follow internal integration standards
Success Metrics
You will be evaluated on:
● Build accuracy and turnaround time
● Reduction in QA errors or rework
● Snapshot reliability & reuse rate
● System performance stability
● Documented innovation improvements per quarter
● Measurable efficiency gains in build speed
● Reduction of workload on the Systems Specialist
Required Experience
● 2–4+ years hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
● Deep experience building:
○ Workflows
○ Pipelines
○ Funnels & landing pages
○ Forms & calendars
○ AI features
○ Missed call text-back systems
● Snapshot creation & management
● Zapier (required)
● Experience in agency environments preferredSkill Requirements
● Strong automation logic thinking
● High attention to detail (QA mindset)
● Self-directed learner
● Able to operate without daily oversight
● Comfortable working inside account hierarchies
● Clear internal documentation skills
● Strong prioritization and time management
● Strategic thinking around scalability
