Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant, based in Pune. The ideal candidate will work closely with potential buyers to understand their requirements, conduct property tours, and provide guidance throughout the purchase process. Daily tasks involve maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and providing honest, informed advice. Additionally, the Real Estate Sales Consultant will support new project launches, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and Real Estate market knowledge
Excellent Customer Service abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Sales techniques and the ability to negotiate effectively
Experience in training and guiding clients through property purchase decisions
Goal-driven and proactive approach to achieving sales targets
Familiarity with the Pune real estate market is advantageous
A Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience in sales, real estate, or a related field
