We are looking for an experienced

Engineering Recruiter

with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in hiring for engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering positions. Understand technical job requirements and source suitable candidates. Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels effectively. Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process.

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in engineering recruitment. Strong understanding of engineering roles and technical terminology. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
