Team Lead - Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Analyst with strong financial research capabilities, a solid understanding of SEC filings, and experience in financial modelling and credit analysis. The role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver accurate, time-sensitive output

Key Responsibilities • Understanding and analyzing SEC documents and regulatory filings. • Building and maintaining financial models for credit assessment and tear sheet development. • Performing financial spreading for technical analysis and modelling purposes. • Collecting relevant information from company filings and external sources to maintain industry/sector databases. • Analyzing quarterly earnings and preparing structured earnings snapshots. • Running and delivering custom data requests for internal and client needs. • Reviewing financial models to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. • Tracking key corporate actions and metrics, including credit facilities, bond issuances, equity offerings, etc. • Demonstrating readiness to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment

Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. • If the candidate holds only a bachelor’s degree, CFA or CPA qualification is required. • Understanding of SEC filings, balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow structures. • Experience in financial modelling, equity/credit research, or financial data analysis. • Strong command of financial statements, ratios, and valuation concepts. • Proficiency in Excel-based modelling and financial analysis tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with analytical reporting capability. • Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and deliver within deadlines.
