Role Description This is a

remote internship

with NAZZTEC’s

Talent Acquisition team . As a Trainee/Intern, you’ll support end-to-end hiring activities — including

candidate sourcing, job explanation, screening , and

recruitment coordination . You will work closely with experienced IT Technical Recruiters and get hands-on exposure to industry tools and real-time processes.

Who We Are Looking For

✅

Must Have: Excellent verbal communication skills

in

fluent English , without any mother tongue influence Ability to

confidently and clearly communicate job roles and opportunities

to candidates Strong

professional writing skills

for emails, job descriptions, and internal communication Proficiency in

Microsoft Office tools

– Word, Excel, and PowerPoint A genuine desire to build a career in

Talent Acquisition / IT Technical Recruitment ✅

Should Have: A proactive and learning-oriented attitude Good organizational and time management skills Familiarity with recruitment tools or job portals (preferred but not mandatory) Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
