About the Role:

We are looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own hiring for our Tech & product function.You will partner closely with the hiring managers to build strong pipelines, run structured processes, and close niche tech roles without compromising on quality or candidate experience.

Responsibilities: End to end hiring for tech and product roles such as AI Agent Product Managers, Forward Deployed Engineers, software developers, and data or analytics roles Deeply understand each role by working with hiring managers on success profiles, not just JDs Build and run sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and direct outreach to create predictable pipelines Conduct structured screening calls that assess skills, problem solving, and culture fit together Coordinate interviews and assessments with zero confusion on panels, timelines, or expectations Own candidate communication from first touch till joining, ensuring clarity and speed at every stage Maintain a clean, up to date funnel in the ATS and share weekly updates on role status, TAT, and offer to join health Experiment with AI tools for sourcing, outreach, and screening notes to improve velocity without losing judgment.

Requirements: You have around 2 to 4 years of experience in tech hiring in product led or high growth environments You understand full cycle tech recruitment and enjoy both sourcing and closing You can have meaningful conversations with tech candidates and hiring managers, not just read keywords You are organised, detail oriented, and keep your funnel and notes in great shape You communicate clearly, ask sharp questions, and can push back respectfully when needed You enjoy using tools and are comfortable with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and basic sheets or reports You care about candidate experience and know that every interaction builds or breaks the brand.
