Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic TA India Lead to drive large-scale talent acquisition operations across India for a high-growth BPO organization. The role will be responsible for delivering 1500+ on-time onboardings monthly (Bulk hiring) across multiple locations and business lines.
This leader will combine hands-on firefighting capability with long-term talent strategy design, ensuring hiring velocity, quality, cost efficiency, and superior candidate experience in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership
Own and deliver end-to-end hiring for 1500+ monthly hires (bulk hiring).
Lead the development and scaling of diversified, high-impact sourcing channels beyond vendors to strengthen long-term direct hiring capability.
Build long-term hiring roadmaps aligned to business growth projections.
Drive data-backed workforce planning in partnership with business leaders.
2. Direct Sourcing & Channel Optimization
Design innovative sourcing strategies across:
Digital hiring campaigns
Social media & referral programs
Campus engagement
Community and location-based hiring
Leverage analytics to improve source mix, cost per hire, and time to hire.
Build strong employer branding in Tier 1, 2 & 3 markets.
3. Operational Excellence & Delivery
Ensure 100% on-time onboarding against business demand.
Establish scalable bulk hiring models (walk-ins, drives, virtual hiring, assessment hubs).
Improve hiring SLAs, funnel conversion ratios, and recruiter productivity.
Implement structured lateral hiring processes for niche and leadership roles.
4. Firefighting with Structural Fixes
Step in during high-demand spikes, attrition surges, or ramp-up pressures.
Diagnose hiring bottlenecks quickly and implement immediate corrective actions.
Convert short-term fixes into long-term process improvements.
Build risk mitigation frameworks for seasonal and volume fluctuations.
5. Ecosystem Awareness & Adaptability
Stay ahead of changing talent market dynamics:
Wage inflation trends
Competitor hiring strategies
Regulatory changes
Local labour market shifts
Recalibrate sourcing and compensation benchmarks accordingly.
Integrate technology (ATS, automation, AI screening tools) to enhance speed and quality.
6. Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a large TA team across geographies.
Partner closely with Operations, HRBP, Finance, and Leadership teams.
Drive accountability, performance metrics, and high ownership culture.
Present hiring dashboards and insights to leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to
BPO / ITES / Large-scale volume hiring .
Proven track record of handling 800–1500+ annual hires.
Strong expertise in bulk hiring models.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute direct sourcing strategies.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-pressure ramp environments.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
MBA / Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
