Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a high-output Social Media Manager to manage and scale a multi-platform presence across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd TikTok/IG/YouTube accounts, while handling community, growth hacking, and strategic outreach.

This is not a basic posting job — you’ll be responsible for running an entire content ecosystem, growing brand authority, and increasing reach through multi-language posting, cross-platform virality, and strategic relationship building.

Responsibilities:

Platform Management

- Warm up new TikTok/IG accounts using safe, proven methods (device + IP hygiene, watch time farming, etc.) - Run and manage 2nd and 3rd TikTok/IG/YT channels as clones with unique variation - Post daily on all socials, including: -

- TikTok (main + burner accounts) - Instagram (Reels + Feed) - YouTube (Shorts + Long form) - Twitter/X - Threads - Whop - Use Trial Reels or other tools for automated reel deployment & A/B testing

Whop Account Management

- Post and manage Whop page & community - Keep offers updated, moderate access, and keep the page converting - Build Discord/Telegram (if needed) to support community management

Outreach & Guest Booking

- Email 20–50 podcasts / influencers per week to pitch appearances or collabs - Track and schedule inbound interest - Draft outreach templates and continually optimize response rates

Promotion & Paid Growth

- Identify top TikTok/IG pages for paid promo - Execute $10–$100 daily promos on viral accounts - Track ROI from shoutouts, reposts, and growth boosts

Qualifications:

- Proven experience growing multi-channel social media brands - Strong understanding of TikTok growth strategies, including warmup methods and shadowban prevention - Experience with posting tools like Metricool, Later, Hootsuite, etc. - Comfortable managing up to 5–7 sub-accounts at once - Familiarity with Whop or similar community/payment platforms - Organized, proactive, and consistent in follow-through - Bonus: Can write captions, titles, and CTAs that actually convert
