Information Technology Manager

Ensure all IT systems and activities in the manufacturing unit operate as per approved SOPs, GMP guidelines, and company policies. Manage creation, modification, and deactivation of system logins for employees based on approved roles and responsibilities. Control user access to QC, Production, Warehouse, and other plant systems to ensure employees can access only what is required for their work. Maintain system security by preventing unauthorized access and ensuring proper password and login controls are followed. Ensure role-based access is consistently applied so that employees in the same role have the same system permissions. Perform periodic review of user access and remove inactive or excess access to maintain compliance and data integrity. Manage data backup and restoration activities for plant systems and ensure records are maintained as per policy. Support audit trail review and ensure system records are available for internal and regulatory audits. Coordinate system changes, upgrades, and patches in a controlled manner to avoid impact on validated systems. Provide audit support by maintaining access logs, backup records, and system documents, and coordinating with auditors and department heads when required.
