This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer located in Kolkata. The responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting, and conducting maintenance and repair of scientific equipment. The Sales and Service Engineer will also manage field service operations and ensure that customers receive high-quality after-sales service. Building strong customer relationships and providing clear communication are key aspects of the role. Qualifications

Experience with Troubleshooting and Technical Support Proficiency in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair tasks Strong Communication skills for effectively interacting with customers and team members Ability to understand technical schematics and manuals Engineering degree or diploma in a related field, such as Electronics or Instrumentation, is preferred Previous experience in the scientific research equipment industry is an advantage Willingness to travel to client locations as needed for on-site service
