Senior Backend Heavy MERN Developer

Job Title: Senior Backend-Heavy MERN Developer Experience: 5+ years Location: Jaipur (On-site) Joining: Immediate / ASAP preferred CTC: 18 to 26 LPA

What You’ll Do

You will: Own and drive backend architecture and development using Node.js, building scalable, high-performance services. Design, build, and optimize APIs, microservices, and integrations. Work with MongoDB for data modeling, schema design, performance tuning. Collaborate with front-end devs (React + Vite) to define interfaces, data contracts, and integrate front/backend. Handle deployment, infrastructure, and operations on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.), ensuring high availability, security, logging, scalability. Ensure code quality: tests, code reviews, best practices, documentation. Participate in architectural decisions, trade-offs, and mentor junior team members.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

Backend:

Deep expertise in Node.js, Express, building and maintaining backend services in production. Database: Strong experience with MongoDB: schema design, indexing, querying, scaling, performance optimisation. Frontend Collaboration:

Comfortable with front end using React (with Vite), understanding of how backend & frontend interact. Cloud / Deployment:

Strong experience in AWS: setting up environments, deployment pipelines, monitoring, security. Architecture & Scaling:

Experience with microservices, distributed systems, handling high traffic, fault tolerance.
