Join our IOT team as a

Delivery Lead – MES

to manage the end‑to‑end delivery of a custom MES application built on

C#, .NET, Angular, and Oracle PL/SQL . You will oversee application development and application support, drive technical execution, manage a cross‑functional engineering team, and ensure high‑quality MES deliveries across production environments. The role involves technical leadership, MES process expertise, delivery governance, performance optimization, and CI/CD-driven release management across complex distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution Lead end‑to‑end delivery of MES releases, enhancements, and production support. Plan and manage sprints, releases, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation. Oversee architecture, development, testing, deployment, and release governance. Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and delivery timelines. Drive delivery across backend ( C#/.NET ), frontend ( Angular ), and database ( Oracle PL/SQL ) teams. Team Leadership Lead a 35‑member cross-functional team including Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support Engineers. Manage hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and competency development. Mentor technical leads and SMEs to uplift engineering quality & productivity. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. MES Functional Expertise Work closely with manufacturing teams on MES modules such as Production Orders, Workflows, WIP, Quality, Traceability, Inventory, Reporting, Shop-floor Integrations . Translate MES business requirements into technical solutions and system designs. Ensure MES compliance with manufacturing standards and audit requirements. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for business, operations, and plant SMEs. Provide clear communication on project progress, risks, dependencies, and releases. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Plant Operations Teams. Drive customer satisfaction through predictable delivery and transparent reporting. Linux OS . Enforce best practices for architecture, coding, performance, and security. Optimize backend, UI, and database performance and troubleshoot runtime issues. DevOps & Release Management Govern CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, test execution, and deployment workflows. Work with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, Git, Docker, and containerized deployments. Manage environments across Dev, QA, Staging, and Production. Coordinate with infrastructure teams for certificates, patches, DR, and system hardening. Quality Assurance & Risk Management Ensure comprehensive testing across Unit, Integration, Regression, and UAT phases. Define and track quality KPIs, delivery metrics, and root-cause analyses. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with security standards, audits, and regulatory protocols.

Required Skills 10–18 years of experience in

technical leadership . Strong expertise in: C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, REST APIs, Angular, Oracle PL/SQL, Microservices, Distributed Systems . Hands‑on understanding of

Linux OS , log analysis, systemd services, troubleshooting, and basic Bash scripting. Experience with

Redis caching , messaging frameworks (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and distributed architectures. Strong knowledge of

Octopus . Solid understanding of MES functional areas including WIP, Quality, Traceability, Inventory, and Shop‑floor integrations. Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments and DevOps culture.

Preferred: Experience managing large engineering teams. Experience with performance tuning across backend, UI, and database layers. Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (Pharma/Automotive/Aerospace).

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Hands-on experience delivering complex MES programs with C#, .NET, Angular, Oracle, and DevOps technologies. Proven track record of driving high‑quality software delivery in manufacturing IT environments.
