Contract Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Engineer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. If you have strong expertise in contract management within the construction sector and hands-on experience in villa, high-rise, commercial, or residential building projects, we would love to hear from you.

Hiring: Contracts Engineer (7+ Years Experience Required)

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in contract management activities across projects - Review and analyze terms and conditions of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements - Track project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to ensure compliance - Support dispute resolution processes, including claims and variations - Coordinate with project teams to ensure contractual obligations are met - Maintain proper documentation and contract records.

✅ Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Contracts Engineer - Mandatory experience in villa, high-rise buildings, commercial, or residential construction projects - Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred) - Excellent analytical and negotiation skills - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
