About Role: As a

Senior Graphic Designer

, you will be responsible for creating engaging, thought-provoking visuals that strengthen Akshayakalpa Organic’s brand identity. Your work will help us communicate stories of organic living, sustainability, and product quality. You will collaborate closely with the Lead – Design and work with cross-functional stakeholders in the marketing team to deliver eye-catching designs that drive brand awareness and customer engagement across digital and print media.

Who Should Apply We welcome candidates who are passionate about design and purpose-driven brands. You should apply if you: Have 2–3 years of hands-on design experience (agency, D2C, FMCG, or in-house marketing teams preferred). Enjoy creating thoughtful, original visuals that support sustainability, health, and ethical brands. Can translate marketing goals into clear visual solutions for both digital and print channels. Work well in collaborative, cross-functional teams and can handle multiple projects with competing deadlines. Are curious, open to feedback, and eager to experiment with fresh styles while maintaining brand consistency. Have a strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, illustration capability, and polished execution.

Roles & Responsibilities 1. Graphic Design & Brand Communication Create visually appealing graphics for social media, website, email, packaging, digital ads, and offline materials. Develop visuals that communicate sustainability, health, and organic living. Ensure every design aligns with brand aesthetics, values, and voice.

2. Illustrations & Creative Assets Produce original illustrations, icons, infographics, and creative assets for storytelling. Experiment with new styles while maintaining brand consistency.

3. Design Collaboration & Teamwork Work closely with brand, marketing, and content teams to deliver campaign-aligned creatives. Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.

4. Attention to Detail & Aesthetic Excellence Ensure all designs are polished, cohesive, and visually professional. Maintain high-quality output with strong attention to typography, color, and layout.

5. Design Adaptation & Iteration Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms for maximum clarity and impact. Refine and revise creatives based on feedback while meeting timelines.

6. Trend Awareness & Innovation Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a fresh visual identity. Bring innovative concepts that elevate creativity while staying true to brand values.
