We are looking for a

Product & Insights Intern for a 3–6 month full-time, remote residency .

The Career Path : This isn't just a learning opportunity. For the right candidate, this role includes a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to join Alchemic as a Full-Time Product Manager upon successful completion of the internship.

The Mission You will sit at the heart of our operations, bridging the gap between what our AI can do and what our clients need. You’ll be responsible for:

Insight Generation:

Using the Alchemic platform to analyze high-volume customer conversations and deliver \"wow\" moments to our clients.

Product Evolution:

Mastering our platform to the point where you are identifying friction, owning feature development, and suggesting the next generation of Alchemic’s capabilities.

Your Toolkit AI Native : You don't just use LLMs; you understand how to push them. You have a deep interest in prompt engineering and the current AI landscape.

Data & Narrative Storytelling:

You are a master of Excel (complex formulas/data modeling) and PowerPoint (creating \"board-ready\" visual narratives).

Marketing Foundations : You understand brand strategy and how businesses use customer feedback.

The \"Pro\" Mindset : You are organized, proactive, and ready to own a feature from day one.

The Specs Duration: 3–6 Months (Full-time).

Location: 100% Remote.

Compensation: Paid.

Bonus Points: Background in market research/surveys or Python experience.
