Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Noida Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Executive with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, pipeline management, customer engagement, and driving revenue growth for CRM & ERP offerings. The ideal candidate should have exposure to selling enterprise software solutions and managing the sales lifecycle through CRM tools. Key Responsibilities Inside Sales & Lead Management · Identify and generate new business opportunities for CRM & ERP solutions through inbound and outbound channels. · Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups. · Qualify leads and schedule product demos/meetings for the sales team. · Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. CRM Management (Microsoft Dynamics) · Manage and update customer data, leads, and opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. · Promote and sell Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions (Finance, SCM, Business Central, etc.). · Understand client business requirements and map them to CRM/ERP solutions. · Track sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets. · Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and proposals. Sales Coordination & Reporting · Generate CRM-based sales reports and dashboards. · Monitor KPIs, targets, and conversion metrics. · Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Technical, and Implementation teams. · Support in proposal creation, RFP responses, and commercial discussions. Required Skills & Qualifications · 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development. · Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM ,ERP(Sales Module). · Good understanding of lead lifecycle and sales funnel management. · Experience in CRM data analysis and reporting. · Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Preferred Skills · Experience in B2B sales. · Familiarity with CRM customization and workflow automation. · Understanding of SaaS / IT services sales.
